Using a single specialist contractor to attend diverse sites ensures full compliance with access and safety protocols on a trusted contractor basis. Ecozi attends sites from John O’Groats to South West Cornwall and from Anglesey to Norfolk.
Annual maintenance includes:

- Borehole/spring water and pumps
- Filtration replacement including particle filters and media filtration for mineral removal
- UV filter lamp replacement and tube cleaning
- Water heater testing
- Gutter cleaning and repair
- Legionella and bacteria testing
- Waste water treatment plant maintenance

- Replacement of leaking WC valves, taps and failed water heaters
- Compliance checks and advice on relevant regulations
Emergency attendance includes:
- Guaranteed permanent repair to failed pumping systems on first visit (provided the site has been attended on a maintenance visit prior and the site services and installation are documented)
- Unblocking of drains
- Repair of any water related equipment
